USA only; even Canada was a nightmare to ship to !
Shipping damage is the responsibility of the carrier.
Send me your address, specify how you want them shipped: USPS, UPS, Fedex.
Tell me whether I should include insurance, a signature requirement, etc.
I will pack the item, get it weighed, and get an exact shipping cost.
I will then email you the shipping cost;
you then send me a Postal Money order for the sales amount plus the shipping cost,
and I send out the item.
