A museum piece. The serial number indicates it was manufactured in June of 1965.
The following website says 1962, but that may have been the first year manufactured:

It has 4 transistors and uses a 9-volt battery for power.
The front knob is an on/off switch, and a little metal flag pops up that says "on".
There was no paperwork in the box.

I also had just the back plate from an STP-2 model which had a selectable inputs for phono, tape and mic.
