Table is 30" wide x 48" long x 30" tall without center leaf;
center leaf is 12" x 30" and stores underneath the table.
When I was selling my house, people were more interested in this table than in the house;
one man began to make an offer on the table, but I was not willing to part with it yet.
I had to hide the table under a cloth and pile stuff on top of it.
I got this table circa 1987 from Endicott, NY, and it has travelled around the country with me,
Virginia, California, Washington state, New Jersey, South Carolina;
it was heavily used before I got it, and has some rust; I have taken good care of it.
Comes with 4 original chairs (also much used),
chair seat height = 17.5" in front, 16.25" in rear (ie. slopes rearward slightly)
Chair seats are 14.5"x14.5".
The chairs show their many years of hard use raising children,
but they are still the most used chairs in our house.
Do to the old way of construction, the chairs can be easily reupholstered.
